"I wish I could leave a 100 star rating.. I’ve been in a bad situation with dryers lately. I messed up our dryer by putting a cord on that wasn’t tightened enough, and it almost started a fire… then had another dryer go through to heating elements.. It melted the wires in the back, and I thought the dryer was going to cost hundreds to fix… Mr. fix it got it done for $136 and saved us from having to buy an all new dryer. From the get-go, Tom was very welcoming with outstanding customer service and complete transparency on what he thought it would cost to get the dryer fixed... anyone that leaves a bad review with this business is dead wrong. I will recommend this business to ANYONE!! Thanks a bunch for the great experience."

"Good location, good variety, good value, and good service. Purchased a used whirlpool washer from them for moving into our first house and didn’t want to pay a new price tag if I didn’t have to. Saved us a few hundred dollars versus buying the same model new and the unit is in excellent condition. Had the washer for a little over a month and still running good without problems. Pretty cool they give discounts for paying cash. They will give a smaller discount for paying card but I recommend paying cash and save as much as possible. They also helped load the machine onto our trailer, wasn’t needed but they insisted. Will be back for other appliances or call them for repairs if needed."

"The seal on my freezer stopped working and I couldn't get the door to close. I called several places late on a Friday afternoon but the best someone could do was come out Monday. That is, until I called Mr. Fix It. I spoke to Tom and he diagnosed the problem and what it would likely cost on the phone. Then, however, he went above and beyond and offered me a suggestion for a quick home repair that would cost me nothing. I tried it and it worked! It may end up only being temporary but if I have another problem down the road, there's no doubt in my mind I will call Mr. Fix It."

A few months ago my fancy under-the-cabinet microwave had issues. I tried fixing it myself first but was unsuccessful. I took it to Mr. Fixit for repair, unfortunately the main control board was fried, and a new one would cost way more than what the oven was worth, so I told them to trash it. I called back later inquiring about used microwaves of the same size. Tom looked through what they had, and they had one that would fit. He gave me a discount or applied the diagnostic fee (don't remember which) towards the used oven. I brought it home, installed it and has been working just fine. Tom and his co-workers were friendly and great to work with.
